How To Get And Use Your Coupons:
1. Make sure you have a valid CGE Network account.
If you don't have one, click here to register. Make sure you validate your account via email.

2. After you verify your CGE account visit our Key Distribution System (KDS). Make sure you log into the KDS (top right corner) and then click on "List Game Events" from the left menu.

3. You will see a list of current game events held at CGE, click on:

4. Make sure you have a valid Koramgame account.

5. Sign into your account and choose the role you like best.

6. Activate your coupon on the redemption page:



First click on the “Mall” button at the top of the window to open the mall interface;
You will see a list of various goods. Then click “Exchange code”.



Finally input your Coupon Code obtained from CGE Network.



Once you get the prize, you will be able to see the items in your treasury (or inventory).

my son tried to register for cge, his email address is scruple@live.com, but the system refused to register him. is this due to the fact that he is using the same computer as me, & I already have an account? is there any way round this? he would like to apply for a 3 Kingdoms key too, as I did...

You may only register one account per email address. The fact that the IP address is the same should not impact your registration, however we will put a note on the account and indicate that it has been approved. Our system indicates that no user or validating account is currently using the above stated email address.

I just got my son to try again and still no luck with registering & getting a key, tho he's started the game. can u help?

I have manually added a new account using the above email address. You will need to confirm the account (via email), by clicking on the validation link. This will allow you to become a fully registered user and allow you to obtain codes from our Key Distribution System (KDS).

My KDS coupon doesn't work. I've already tried putting it many timest but to no avail it won't work. Thank you and more power...

I got the same issue as everyone else. Once I click "Exchange" after inputting the code, the Server reports that the Key is invalid and has probably been used by someone else.

Do let us know what the issue is here.

If you have obtained more than one code under your IP address, you will not be able to receive any items. This event is designed for one code per account per IP address. If you took more than one, then your codes will not work. If your still unsure, then you will need to contact the official game support team: http://www.koramgame...rvice.contactus

In your email, please include the following information;
- Subject Line: CGE - Code Not Working
- TKO ID
- CGE Username / Forum ID
- Email Address (used for your game account)
- Information about your problem (i.e. your gift code from CGE Network not working, etc)
